In your experience, what are some pro-tips when using the Forum tool?

In this use case, consider that you may want to advertise a specific time and have a facilitator online to provide factual information to the public and to provide the same experience as you may get through a traditional roundtable discussion with your community in a live setting.  Larry does this in the Austin example below though he calls himself a moderator.  We recommend "facilitator" to avoid confusion with the BTT moderation policy and role.
