If I provide input online, how will Council receive it?

    Council will have access to the comments via the public facing site, just as all community members do by visiting https://digitalfirst.us.engagementhq.com.  Staff will also create both a detailed and a summary report for each agenda item and deliver via email to Council Members one week prior to (or following) the scheduled meeting so that Council will have an opportunity to read and digest the input. Regular decision making processes will then be followed for Council Members to make a decision.
